AN ORDINANCE, transferring Fifty-one Thousand Dollars
($51,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Wedgwood Creek; and appropriating Eighty-four Thousand Dollars
($84,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Wedgwood Creek for the construction of a
stormwater channel in Subdistrict No. 374 Wedgwood Creek Section
I, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-one Thousand Dollars
($51,000.00) is hereby transferred from the unappropriated surplus
of the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Wedgwood Creek.
Section Two. The sum of Eighty-four Thousand Dollars
($84,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement
Fund of Wedgwood Creek to be used to pay two-thirds of the cost of
the construction of a stormwater channel in Subdistrict No. 374
Wedgwood Creek Section I. The remaining one-third of the cost is
to be paid by the State of Missouri.
Section Three. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 9, 1974.
