AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with G. L. Tarlton
Contracting Company for the construction of a stormwater channel
in Subdistrict No. 374 - Wedgwood Creek Section I, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to G. L. Tarlton Contracting Company as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of a stormwater
channel in Subdistrict No. 374 - Wedgwood Creek Section I, in St.
Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 5th day of
June, 1974, and formally executed on the 11th day of June, 1974,
by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 9, 1974.
