AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty-five Thousand Dollars
($55,000.00) from the Subdistrict Planning Fund of the District
for contracts for engineering services for improvements in various
areas of the District, which expenditures are to be reimbursed to
the Subdistrict Planning Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-five Thousand Dollars
($55,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Subdistrict Planning
Fund of the District for the following contracts for engineering
services for improvements in various areas of the District, and
which expenditures are to be reimbursed to the Subdistrict
Planning Fund when such funds become available: 1. Contract E-252 (Forest Drive) - Bopp & Associates 2.Contract E-253 (Colony-Green Acres) - Volz Engineering & Surveying, Inc. 3.Contract E-254 (Highway 67-Cambria) - Clark Dietz & Assoc. - Engineers, Inc. 4. Contract E-255 (Edgefield-Hallwood) - Reitz & Jens 5.Contract E-256 (Lowill Lane) - Ryckman, Edgerly, Tomilson & Assoc.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 9, 1974.
