AN ORDINANCE appropriating Eighty-three Thousand
Dollars ($83,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict
Operating Fund to be used for the construction of storm sewers in
the project known as 74-MR-3 (Lambeth Lane - Loretta-Joplin
Extensions, Clyde Avenue to Telegraph Road S-743) in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Thirty-one Thousand Dollars ($31,000.00) toward the costs of said
project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said
moneys will be returned to the Mississippi River Subdistrict
Operating Fund, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute Thirty-one Thousand Dollars ($31,000.00) toward the
costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said moneys will be returned to the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Operating Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT.
Section One. The sum of Eighty-three Thousand Dollars
($83,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the construction of
storm sewers in the project known as 74-MR-3 (Lambeth Lane -
Loretta-Joplin Extensions, Clyde Avenue to Telegraph Road S-743)
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 9, 1974.
