AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred Weber,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in the project known as
74-MR-3 (Lambeth Lane - Loretta-Joplin Extensions, Clyde Avenue to
Telegraph Road S-743) in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred Weber, Inc. as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in the project known
as 74-MR-3 (Lambeth Lane-Loretta-Joplin Extensions, Clyde Avenue
to Telegraph Road S-743) in St. Louis County, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 30th day of September, 1974, and formally
executed on the 8th day of October, 1974, by said contractor and
by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
