AN ORDINANCE, transferring to the General Fund
Twenty-three Thousand Three Hundred Nine Dollars ($23,309.00) from
the unappropriated surplus of the Mississippi River Subdistrict
General Fund; and Four Thousand Six Hundred Eleven Dollars
($4,611.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the Coldwater Creek
Trunk Subdistrict Sewer Revenue Fund; and appropriating Fifty-one
Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-nine Dollars ($51,229.00) from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Personnel
Department for the additional sums needed for the payment of the
premium for the District's employee benefit group insurance
coverage from November 1, 1974 to July 1, 1975.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-three Thousand Three
Hundred Nine Dollars ($23,309.00) is hereby transferred to the
General Fund from the unappropriated surplus of the Mississippi
River Subdistrict General Fund.
Section Two. The sum of Four Thousand Six Hundred
Eleven Dollars ($4,611.00) is hereby transferred to the General
Fund from the unappropriated surplus of the Coldwater Creek Trunk
Subdistrict Sewer Revenue Fund.
Section Three. The sum of Fifty-one Thousand Two
Hundred Twenty-nine Dollars ($51,229.00) is hereby appropriated
from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the
Personnel Department for the additional sums needed for the
payment of the premium for the District's employee benefit group
insurance coverage from November 1, 1974 to July 1, 1975.
Section Four. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 23, 1974.
