AN ORDINANCE appropriating Fifty-three Thousand Dollars
($53,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund
to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict
No. 389 (Stoneleigh Towers) in the City of Olivette, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the residents of said subdistrict agreed to
contribute Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) toward the
costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said moneys will be returned to the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Operating Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-three Thousand Dollars
($53,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the construction of
sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 389 (Stoneleigh Towers) in the
City of Olivette, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 23, 1974.
