Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the official zoning map of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, concerning property locally described as Village Pointe Phase 2, Tiffin, Johnson County; Iowa, attached`hereto and inc'orporated herein. k Section 2. Amendment.
