AN ORDINANCE appropriating Thirty-one Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($31,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
the construction of storm sewers in the project known as 74-CC-15
(Estella) in the City of Overland, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Twelve Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($12,200.00) toward the costs
of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said moneys will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Overland, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute Twelve Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($12,200.00) toward
the costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from
said source, said moneys will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-one Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($31,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers in
the project known as 74-CC-15 (Estella) in the City of Overland,
Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 23, 1974.
