AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth
Sons, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in the project
known as 74-CC-15 (Estella) in the City of Overland, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in the
project gown as 74-CC-15 (Estella) in the City of Overland,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 9th day of October,
1974, and formally executed on the 22nd day of October, 1974, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 23, 1974.
