AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Penrod, Inc.
for the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 397
(Cypress Gardens Court) in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Penrod, Inc. as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No.
397 (Cypress Gardens Court) in St. Louis County, Missouri, within
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 17th day of October, 1974, and formally
executed on the 22nd day of October, 1974, by said contractor and
by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
