AN ORDINANCE, transferring Sixty-seven Thousand Three
Hundred Fifty-five Dollars Thirty Cents ($67,355.30) from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the Mississippi
River Subdistrict; Six Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-five Dollars
Ninety-five Cents ($6,965.95) from the unappropriated surplus of
the Coldwater Creek Sewer Operation and Maintenance Account, and
Two Hundred Thirty-one Dollars Seventy Cents ($231.70) from the
unappropriated surplus of the Operating Fund of the Subdistricts -
Sugar Creek to the General Fund of the District; and appropriating
Seventy-five Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-eight Dollars
($75,988.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund
of the District to the Secretary-Treasurer's Department to pay for
the three year insurance premium on the District's property
insurance.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-seven Thousand Three
Hundred Fifty-five Dollars Thirty Cents ($67,355.30) is hereby
transferred from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of
the Mississippi River Subdistrict to the General Fund of the
District.
Section Two. The sum of Six Thousand Nine Hundred
Sixty-five Dollars Ninety-five Cents ($6,965.95) is hereby
transferred from the unappropriated surplus of the Coldwater Creek
Operation and Maintenance Account to the General Fund of the
District.
Section Three. The sum of Two Hundred Thirty-one
Dollars Seventy Cents ($231.70) is hereby transferred from the
unappropriated surplus of the Operating Fund of the Subdistricts -
Sugar Creek to the General Fund of the District.
Section Four. The sum of Seventy-five Thousand Nine
Hundred Eighty-eight Dollars ($75,988.00) is hereby appropriated
from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the
District to the Secretary-Treasurer's Department to be used to pay
for the three year insurance premium on the District's property
insurance.
Section Five. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
