AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
the City of Creve Coeur, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and has
furnished the District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
1. The eastern one hundred fifty (150) feet of the sewer
easement ten (10) feet wide, granted to The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District by the deed recorded in Book 4651, Page
488 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom that
portion of the subject easement coincident with the easement
granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by the
easement plat recorded in Plat Book 158, Pages 68 and 69 of
the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 13, 1974.
