AN ORDINANCE appropriating Sixty-one Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($61,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Watkins Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers in the project known as Monteith
Circle Storm Sewer (Glasgow Village), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Twenty-three Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($23,100.00) toward the
costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said moneys will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Watkins Creek, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute Twenty-three Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($23,100.00)
toward the costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds
from said source, said moneys will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Watkins Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-one Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($61,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Watkins Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers in
the project known as Monteith Circle Storm Sewer (Glasgow
Village), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment,
