AN ORDINANCE appropriating Forty-five Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($45,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers in the project known as Trumbel and
Carson (S-799) in the Village of Bel-Ridge, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Village of Bel-Ridge has agreed to
contribute Eighteen Thousand Dollars ($18,000.00) toward the costs
of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said moneys will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-five Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($45,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Trumbel and Carson (S-799) in the Village of
Bel-Ridge, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 13, 1974.
