AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Penrod, Inc.
for the construction of storm sewers in the project known as
Trumbel and Carson (S-799), in the Village of Bel-Ridge, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Penrod, Inc. as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in the project known
as Trumbel and Carson (S-799), in the Village of Bel-Ridge,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 1st day of November,
1974, and formally executed on the 12th day of November, 1974, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
