AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred Weber,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in the project known as
Palm Drive Culvert Modification (S-853), in the City of
Florissant, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred Weber, Inc. as the lowest responsible
bidder for the construction of storm sewers in the project known
as Palm Drive Culvert Modification (S-853), in the City of
Florissant, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 4th day of
November, 1974, and formally executed on the 12th day of November,
1974, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
