AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in the City of
Bridgeton, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, for the convenience of this District and at
this District's request, the owner of the subject property has
granted this District a substitute easement, and this District has
no further use for the subject easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easements
are hereby vacated, to wit:
The sewer easements granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 5278, Page 294 of the
St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom that portion of
sewer easement coincident with the sewer easement granted to
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by the deed
recorded in Plat Book 6754, Page 1960 of the St. Louis County
Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 27, 1974.
