AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of sewer easements in
Pennyrich Farms Plat 2 Subdivision, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements and the
District has no further use for these easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
1. The easement, three (3) feet wide, over the southern
three (3) feet of Lot 151 of Pennyrich Farms Plat 2, division
of St. Louis County, Missouri, granted by the plat of said
subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 149, Pages 46 and 47 of the St. Louis County Records;
excepting therefrom the easement of varying width over the
eastern portion of said Lot 151, as measured fifteen (15)
feet over the eastern portion of the southern line of said
Lot 151, and excepting therefrom the easement, ten (10) feet
wide, lying east of and adjacent to a point twenty-four (24)
feet east of the western line of said Lot 151, as measured
along the southern line of said Lot 151, and excepting
therefrom the easement, ten (10) feet wide, lying adjacent on
the east to the western line of said Lot 151.
2. The easement, three (3) feet wide over the northern
three (3) feet of Lot 152 of Pennyrich Farms Plat 2, of St.
Louis County, Missouri, granted by the plat of said
subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 149, Pages 46 and 47 of the St. Louis County Records;
excepting therefrom the easement of varying width over the
eastern portion of said Lot 152, as measured fifteen (15)
feet over the eastern portion of the northern line of said
Lot 152, and excepting therefrom the easement, ten (10) feet
wide, lying east of and adjacent to a point twenty-four (24)
feet east of the western line of said Lot 152, as measured
along the northern line of said Lot 152, and excepting
therefrom the easement, ten (10) feet wide, lying adjacent on
the east to the western line of said Lot 152. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 1974.
