AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict
No. 223 (Rock Hill & Green Springs Sanitary Interceptor) in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 223 (Rock Hill & Green Springs Sanitary
Interceptor) in St. Louis County, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 21st day of November, 1974 and formally executed
on the 26th day of November, 1974 by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
