AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred Weber,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in the project known as
74-DC-3 (Runnymede Storm Sewer - Phase I, II and III) in the City
of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred Weber, Inc. as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in the project known
as 74-DC-3 (Runnymede Storm Sewer - Phase I, II and III) in the
City of Creve Coeur, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 25th
day of November, 1974, and formally executed on the 10th day of
December, 1974, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
