AN ORDINANCE appropriating Nineteen Thousand Seventy-
two Dollars and Forty-eight Cents ($19,072.48) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to
be used for the construction of storm sewers in the project known
as Garesche & Idlewild (S-353), in the City of Jennings, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has contributed Nineteen
Thousand Seventy-two Dollars and Forty-eight Cents ($19,072.48)
toward the costs of said project; said moneys are being returned
to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Maline Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nineteen Thousand Seventy-two
Dollars and Forty-eight Cents ($19,072.48) is hereby appropriated
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Maline Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers in
the project known as Garesche & Idlewild (S-353), in the City of
Jennings, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 1974.
