AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 406 (Old Olive
and Lindbergh) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 406 (Old Olive and Lindbergh).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 406
(Old Olive and Lindbergh) shall be as follows:

OLD OLIVE & LINDBERGH
Beginning in the eastern line of Lindbergh Bl., 100' wide, at its
intersection with the north line of Section 1, T. 45 N., R. 5 E.,
St. Louis County, Mo., being also at the northwest corner of
property conveyed to Eugene Portman, et al., Trustees, by deed
recorded in Bk. 6526, Pg. 1256, St. Louis County, Mo. Recorder's
office; thence along said Section line, being along the north line
of said Portman, et al., property, south 89 degrees 09 minutes
east, 339.88' to the northeast corner of said Portman, et al.,
property, being at the northwest corner of property conveyed to
Corporate Square Development Company by deed recorded in Bk. 6632,
Pg. 1619, said Recorder's office; thence along the west line of
said Corporate Square Development Company property S. 01 degrees
42 minutes W., 799.18' to its southwest corner, in the north line
of Old Olive Street Rd., 60' wide; thence northwesterly 404', more
or less, along said road line to the east line of said Lindbergh
Bl.; and thence northerly along said east line, 642', more or
less, to the beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1975.
