AN ORDINANCE appropriating One Hundred Two Thousand
Dollars ($102,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers in the project known as Florissant &
Adams Stormwater Enclosure - Section 1 (S-773), in the City of
Ferguson, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has contributed One
Hundred Two Thousand Dollars ($102,000.00) toward its one-third
share of the costs of said project; said moneys are being
deposited in the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Two Thousand
Dollars ($102,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to
be used for the construction of storm sewers in the project known
as Florissant & Adams Stormwater Enclosure - Section 1 (S-773), in
the City of Ferguson, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1975.
