AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Nine Thousand Dollars
($9,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers in the project known as Bristol
Avenue Storm Sewer (S-856) in the City of Breckenridge Hills,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Ritenour School District has agreed to
contribute One Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($1,300.00) toward
the costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from
said source, said moneys will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nine Thousand Dollars
($9,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used
for the construction of storm sewers in the project known as
Bristol Avenue Storm Sewer (S-856) in the City of Breckenridge
Hills, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1975.
