AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Gampco
Incorporated for the construction of storm sewers in the project
known as Bristol Avenue Storm Sewer (S-856) in the City of
Breckenridge Hills, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Gampco Incorporated as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Bristol Avenue Storm Sewer (S-856) in the City of
Breckenridge Hills, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 19th
day of December, 1974, and formally executed on the 7th day of
January, 1975, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:

is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1975.
