AN ORDINANCE appropriating Forty-five Thousand Dollars
($45,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund
to be used for the construction of storm sewers in the project
known as the Dakota Street Sewer Outlet (S-843), in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-five Thousand Dollars
($45,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the construction of
storm sewers in the project known as the Dakota Street Sewer
Outlet (S-843), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1975.
