AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred Weber,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in the project known as
the Dakota Street Sewer Outlet (S-843), in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred Weber, Inc. as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in the project known
as the Dakota Street Sewer Outlet (S-843), in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 30th day of December,
1974, and formally executed on the 7th day of January, 1975, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
