AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Gampco
Incorporated for the construction of a concrete pier revetment at
Morganford Slide IX (S-849) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri,
with an emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Gampco Incorporated for the construction of
a concrete pier revetment at Morganford Slide IX (S-849) in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 2nd
day of January, 1975, and formally executed on the 7th day of
January, 1975, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:

is hereby confirmed.
Section Two. This Ordinance being for the
confirmation of a contract for the construction of a concrete pier
revetment and said construction being necessary for the protection
of the public health, constitutes an emergency within the meaning
of the Plan, therefore this Ordinance shall be and become
effective immediately upon its adoption. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1975.
