AN ORDINANCE appropriating Two Hundred Two Thousand
Dollars ($202,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
the construction of storm sewers in the project known as Krem
Avenue Storm Sewer (74-CC-18) in the City of St. Ann, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Seventy-four Thousand Dollars ($74,000.00) toward the costs of
said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said moneys will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Ann, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute Seventy-four Thousand Dollars ($74,000.00) toward the
costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said moneys will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Two Thousand
Dollars ($202,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for the construction of storm sewers in the project
known as Krem Avenue Storm Sewer (74-CC-18) in the City of St.
Ann, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 22, 1975.
