AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Millstone
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Krem Avenue Storm Sewer (74-CC-18), in the City
of St. Ann, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Millstone Construction Company, Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
the project known as Krem Avenue Storm Sewer (74-CC-18), in the
City of St. Ann, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 5th day of
December 1974, and formally executed on the 10th day of December,
1974, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
