AN ORDINANCE, transferring Twelve Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($12,300.00) from the unappropriated surplus of
the General Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict, and Two
Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Dollars ($2,430.00) from the
unappropriated surplus of the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund
to the General Fund of the District; and appropriating Twenty-
seven Thousand Thirty Dollars ($27,030.00) from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund of the District, to the Secretary-
Treasurer's Department, to pay the one-year premium on the
District's automobile insurance.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twelve Thousand Three Hundred
Dollars ($12,300.00) is hereby transferred from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict
to the General Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of Two Thousand Four Hundred
Thirty Dollars ($2,430.00) is hereby transferred from the
unappropriated surplus of the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund
to the General Fund of the District.
Section Three. The sum of Twenty-seven Thousand Thirty
Dollars ($27,030.00) is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the District to, the
Secretary-Treasurer's Department to be used to pay the one-year
premium on the District's automobile insurance.
Section Four. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 29, 1975.
