AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventeen Thousand Dollars
($17,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict General Fund
to be used for the outfall portion of the sanitary sewer
construction in Subdistrict No. 400 (Crystal View & West Point),
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventeen Thousand Dollars
($17,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict General Fund to be used for the outfall portion of the
sanitary sewer construction in Subdistrict No. 400 (Crystal View &
West Point), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 12, 1975.
