AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict
No. 400 (Crystal View & West Point) in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 400 (Crystal View & West Point) in St. Louis
County, Missouri, within the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 8th day of
January, 1975, and normally executed on the 21st day of January,
1975, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
