AN ORDINANCE awarding a contract to Allendale Insurance
Company, Aetna Insurance Company, Kemper Insurance Company, St.
Paul Insurance Company, and Fireman's Fund Insurance Company
(Wightman Agency, Inc., agent) for the District's property
insurance coverage from February 27, 1975 to February 27, 1978.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Allendale Insurance Company, Aetna
Insurance Company, Kemper Insurance Company, St. Paul Insurance
Company, and Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, who submitted the
lowest bid to the District for the District's property insurance
of those bids received and opened on January 14, 1975, at 11:00
a.m., at the District's office by the Secretary-Treasurer, at and
for a gross premium of One Hundred Seventy Thousand Four Hundred
Ninety-one Dollars ($170,491.00), less dividend of Forty-seven
Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-eight Dollars ($47,328.00), or a net
premium of One Hundred Twenty-three Thousand One Hundred Sixty-
three Dollars ($123,163.00), for such policy period, minus a pro
rata return of deposit from the existing policy of approximately
One Hundred Eighteen Thousand Six Hundred Forty-three Dollars
($118,643.00), are hereby awarded the contract for such property
insurance coverage.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 12, 1975.
