AN ORDINANCE appropriating Six Thousand Two Hundred
Seventy-five Dollars and Eighty-seven Cents ($6,275.87) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Garesche & Idlewild (S-353), in the City of
Jennings, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has contributed Six
Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-five Dollars and Eighty-seven Cents
($6,275.87) toward the costs of said project; said moneys are
being deposited to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Thousand Two Hundred
Seventy-five Dollars and Eighty-seven Cents ($6,275.87) is hereby
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for the construction
of storm sewers in the project known as Garesche & Idlewild (S-
353), in the City of Jennings, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 12, 1975.
