AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Three Thousand
Dollars ($3,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Watkins Creek for the purchase of
an easement in the North part of Lot 7, Subdivision of the Estate
of Daniel Bissell in St. Louis County, Missouri, for stormwater
improvements.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to reimburse
the District One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) of the purchase
price of said easement; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said moneys will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Watkins Creek, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri, has agreed to
reimburse the District One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) of the
purchase price of said easement; upon the receipt of such funds
from said source, said moneys will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Watkins Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Thousand Dollars
($3,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Watkins Creek for the
purchase of an easement in the North part of Lot 7, Subdivision of
the Estate of Daniel Bissell in St. Louis County, Missouri, for
stormwater improvements.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 26, 1975.
