AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 408 (Lynn Haven
Stormwater) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which storm sewer or
storm drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or
improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict
shall be known as Subdistrict No. 408 (Lynn Haven Stormwater).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 408
(Lynn Haven Stormwater) shall be as follows:

LYNN HAVEN STORMWATER
Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Lindbergh Bl.
(Mo. State Hwy. #140) and U.S. Hwy. I-270; thence southwesterly
along the centerline of Lindbergh Bl. to its intersection with the
southeastern prolongation of the centerline of Fee Fee Hills Dr.;
thence northwesterly along said prolongation and along the
centerline of Fee Fee Hills Dr. approximately one-half mile to an
angle point in said Fee Fee Hills Dr.; thence southwesterly along
the centerline of Fee Fee Hills Dr. to its intersection with a
line parallel with, and 258' southwesterly of, the southwest line
of property conveyed to the Village of Hazelwood by deed recorded
in Bk. 6398, Pg. 2036, St. Louis County, Mo. Recorder's office;
thence northwesterly along said last described line 1,354' ∀ to
the northwestern line of the Village of Hazelwood; thence
northeasterly along said Village line, being also along the
western line of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, 661' ∀
to the southwestern line of Survey 134 of ST. FERDINAND COMMON
FIELDS; thence northwesterly along said southwestern line of
Survey 134 and along said Sewer District boundary line to an angle
point in said boundary line at its intersection with the
centerline of former Howdershell Rd.; thence northeasterly along
said Metropolitan Sewer District boundary line to an angle point
therein at the intersection of the centerlines of Howdershell Rd.
and Utz Ln.; thence northeasterly along the centerline of
Howdershell Rd. to its intersection with the southeastern
prolongation of the northeast line of CHATHAM CHURCH ACRES, a

subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 119, Pg. 84, said
Recorder's office; thence northwesterly along said prolongation
and along said northeast line of CHATHAM CHURCH ACRES, being along
the southwest line of a 20' wide private road, and also along said
western line of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, to its
intersection with the southwestern prolongation of the southeast
line of Lot 16 of CRESTWOOD ACRES, a subdivision as per plat
thereof recorded in P.B. 43, Pg. 100, said Recorder's office,
being also at an angle point in said western boundary line of the
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District; thence northeasterly along
