HomeMy Public PortalAbout02772 O R D I N A N C E NO. 2772 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 408 (Lynn Haven Stormwater) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which storm sewer or storm drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 408 (Lynn Haven Stormwater). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 408 (Lynn Haven Stormwater) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 LYNN HAVEN STORMWATER Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Lindbergh Bl. (Mo. State Hwy. #140) and U.S. Hwy. I-270; thence southwesterly along the centerline of Lindbergh Bl. to its intersection with the southeastern prolongation of the centerline of Fee Fee Hills Dr.; thence northwesterly along said prolongation and along the centerline of Fee Fee Hills Dr. approximately one-half mile to an angle point in said Fee Fee Hills Dr.; thence southwesterly along the centerline of Fee Fee Hills Dr. to its intersection with a line parallel with, and 258' southwesterly of, the southwest line of property conveyed to the Village of Hazelwood by deed recorded in Bk. 6398, Pg. 2036, St. Louis County, Mo. Recorder's office; thence northwesterly along said last described line 1,354' ∀ to the northwestern line of the Village of Hazelwood; thence northeasterly along said Village line, being also along the western line of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, 661' ∀ to the southwestern line of Survey 134 of ST.
