AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Thousand Five Hundred
Seventy-five Dollars ($1,575.00) from the unappropriated surplus
of the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Deer Creek; One Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-five Dollars
($1,225.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek;
One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) from the unappropriated
surplus of the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement
Fund of Sugar Creek; One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) from the
unappropriated surplus of the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek; One Hundred Dollars
($100.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Highway 67 -
Cambria Creek; Forty Dollars ($40.00) from the unappropriated
surplus of the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement
Fund of the University City Branch of the River des Peres
Stormwater Subdistrict; Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) from the
unappropriated surplus of the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of LaVenta-LaSierra; Twenty Dollars
($20.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of DeSmet-Florland;
and Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) from the unappropriated surplus of
the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek, to pay St. Louis County for the extension of taxes
for such subdistricts.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Thousand Five Hundred
Seventy-five Dollars ($1,575.00) is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated surplus of the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek; One Thousand Two
Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($1,225.00) from the unappropriated
surplus of the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement
Fund of Coldwater Creek; One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) from
the unappropriated surplus of the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Sugar Creek; One Hundred Dollars
($100.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek; One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Highway 67 - Cambria Creek; Forty Dollars ($40.00) from the
unappropriated surplus of the Operation, Maintenance and

Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 12, 1975.
