AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-nine Thousand Dollars
($49,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Watkins Creek to be used for additional costs
in the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 350
(Lake Village), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the remainder of said additional costs will be
paid by special benefit assessments,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-nine Thousand Dollars
($49,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Watkins Creek to
be used for additional costs in the construction of sanitary
sewers in Subdistrict No. 350 (Lake Village), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 12, 1975.
