AN ORDINANCE appropriating Two Hundred Thirty-three
Thousand Dollars ($233,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No. 247 (DeSmet-
Florland - Phase I) in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,000.00) toward the costs of said
project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said
moneys will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Florissant, Missouri, has agreed
to contribute Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,000.00) toward the
costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said moneys will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance, and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Thirty-three
Thousand Dollars ($233,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 274 (DeSmet-Florland - Phase I) in the City of
Florissant, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 26, 1975.
