AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Millstone
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 247 (DeSmet-Florland - Phase I), in the City of
Florissant, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Millstone Construction Company, Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 247 (DeSmet-Florland - Phase I), in the City of
Florissant, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 4th day of
October, 1974, and formally executed on the 8th day of October,
1974, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
