AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Maguire
Construction Company for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Dawes Avenue Storm Sewer (S-831), in the City of
Overland, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Maguire Construction Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Dawes Avenue Storm Sewer (S-831), in the City of
Overland, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 3rd day of
March, 1975, and formally executed on the 11th day of March, 1975,
by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
