AN ORDINANCE appropriating Two Hundred Sixteen Thousand
Dollars ($216,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers in the project known as Black Creek
(Clayshire) Stormwater Project 74-DC-2 (R-110), in the City of
Clayton, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project; upon the receipt of
such funds from said source, said moneys will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Clayton, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said moneys will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Sixteen Thousand
Dollars ($216,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for the construction of storm sewers in the project known as
Black Creek (Clayshire) Stormwater Project 74-DC-2 (R-110), in the
City of Clayton, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 26, 1975.
