AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Six Hundred
Fifty Thousand Dollars ($650,000.00) from the Construction Fund -
Mississippi River Subdistrict for the purchase of certain real
property in Block 2509 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, for the
construction of the Secondary Treatment Facilities for the Bissell
Point Sewage Treatment Plant.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($650,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Construction
Fund - Mississippi River Subdistrict for the purchase of certain
real property in Block 2509 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri,
for the construction of the Secondary Treatment Facilities for the
Bissell Point Sewage Treatment Plant.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 9, 1975.
