AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Four Thousand Four Hundred
Dollars ($4,400.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers in the project known as Creekwood
Lane No. 2 (S-777) in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
WHEREAS, one property owner has agreed to contribute
One Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($1,100.00) toward the costs of
said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said moneys will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, and
Section One. The sum of Four Thousand Four Hundred
Dollars ($4,400.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for the construction of storm sewers in the project known as
Creekwood Lane No. 2 (S-777) in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 23, 1975.
