AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Eureka
Construction Company for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Creekwood Lane No. 2 (S-777), in the City of
Ladue, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Eureka Construction Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Creekwood Lane No. 2 (S-777), in the City of
Ladue, Missouri, within the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 20th day of February,
1975, and formally executed on the 25th day of February, 1975, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
