AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seven Thousand Seven
Hundred Dollars ($7,700.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Bayless Court Sanitary Sewer
Extension (S-837), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Thousand Seven Hundred
Dollars ($7,700.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used for the construction of sanitary sewers in Bayless Court
Sanitary Sewer Extension (S-837), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 23, 1975.
