AN ORDINANCE appropriating Four Hundred Four Thousand
Dollars ($404,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and
Improvement Fund to be used for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Subdistrict No. 264 (Robertson), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) toward the
costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said moneys will be returned to the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Extension and Improvement Fund, and
WHEREAS, the Environmental Protection Agency of the
United States has agreed to contribute seventy-five percent (75%)
of the balance remaining for said project after the contribution
by St. Louis County, Missouri; upon the receipt of such funds from
said source, said moneys will be returned to the Coldwater Creek
Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Hundred Four Thousand
Dollars ($404,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater
Creek Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund to be used for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 264
(Robertson), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 23, 1975.
