AN ORDINANCE, transferring Forty-three Thousand Seven
Hundred Seventy-eight Dollars ($43,778.00) from the unappropriated
surplus of the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement
Fund of Fountain Creek to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek; and
appropriating One Hundred Ninety-seven Thousand Dollars
($197,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for the construction of storm
sewers in Subdistrict No. 88 (Fountain Creek Section XI) 74-CC-2,
in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project; upon the receipt of
such funds from said source, said moneys will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri and the City of
Florissant, Missouri, have agreed to contribute a combined total
of one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project; upon the receipt
of such funds from said source, said moneys will be returned to
the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-three Thousand Seven
Hundred Seventy-eight Dollars ($43,778.00) is hereby transferred
from the unappropriated surplus of the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Fountain Creek to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek.
Section Two. The sum of One Hundred Ninety-seven
Thousand Dollars ($197,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated surplus of the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No. 88 (Fountain
Creek Section XI) 74-CC-2, in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
Section Three. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 23, 1975.
